A fixed date, and a house that takes time
Two things decide this booking. The notary date, which you do not control, and the size of the property, which decides how long the clean actually takes. Kirkland homes are on the larger side, so the second one matters more here than in most places. Give us the date early and the long slot is reserved rather than improvised.

An empty large house is the easy version
On a bigger property, the handover clean is dominated by what furniture normally covers: inside every emptied wardrobe and cupboard, the floor beneath where beds and cabinets stood, skirting along a great deal more wall, and every bathroom descaled rather than only the main one. Empty is what makes that quick. With furniture still in place the same clean costs more and finishes less.

A pre-sale clean targets how the property shows at a viewing — glass, floors, fixtures, light. An end-of-tenancy clean targets the surfaces that actually get checked. They overlap but they are not the same brief, and realtors and landlords both book through here, so say which one you need.
When a standard clean is not enough
Where a property needs more than cleaning to hand over well, a handover clean can be combined with carpet or upholstery cleaning. Set-in staining and tired upholstery are not things a standard visit reverses, so add them deliberately rather than hoping the handover clean covers it.
