What actually drives the price
Four things, in order of how much they move the figure. Bathrooms and bedrooms matter most, because they are where the work is — a bathroom takes longer than any other room of the same size. Property type comes next: a detached house carries more than a condo with the same bedroom count, because of extra floor area, stairs and entrances. Then the service itself — a deep clean is 1.5x a standard visit and a move-out clean 1.6x, because both reach places a standard visit does not.
What does not drive it is how long the cleaner happens to take. That is the difference between pricing from the property and pricing by the hour, and it is the reason a visit here finishes when the checklist is done rather than when a block of time expires.
